SHIPPING & RETURNS

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

All items are made to order, so it will go through a fulfillment process and a shipping process. These items cannot be shipped on the same day.

It can take approximately 5-7 business days to create the merchandise and approximately 3-5 business days for shipment, depending on your location, quantity ordered, and apparel type. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Most customers receive their items within 10 business days of purchase. You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment.

Once your order begins the fulfillment stage, no changes can be made. Please contact me immediately at info@passport2happy.com if a mistake was made within your order. You will receive a notification email with your tracking number once fulfillment is completed and your item is ready for shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All of the products are made to order and cannot be accepted for exchanges or returns. However, if there is a product or printing error, please contact me immediately at info@passport2happy.com

Passport 2 Happy is not responsible for the shipping costs of returned items or items lost in the mail.

Swimwear is not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
